Jacket validation questions

I picked up this jacket from a vintage store near me and have a few questions. Is this an official Schott jacket? I tried my best to get a good photo of what is left of the tag. You can sort of see it in the photo and on the hanging strap on the collar. If it is indeed a legitimate Schott I'm also wondering how old this jacket is and what exact model it is? Also does Schott do restoration work? There's a few stitches coming loose, the tag is almost entirely gone, and the leather could use a good cleaning. And being completely honest, I don't trust this (hopeful) Schott to anyone except Schott. Thanks!

This appears to be our style 674SM with a modified collar. The style 674SM had a fixed pile collar with a leather underside. If you look closely at the collar you can see the collar points are misshaped and do not match on each other in shape. I think a previous owner removed the pile collar from the jacket, which modified the collar on the jacket. Based on the care label, red size loop as what is left of the main label, I believe the jacket is from the late late 1960's to the mid 1970's. Schott does not do restoration or cleaning of jackets, I have listed a company that we recommend for this type of work. There website is very informative on the work they can do.
